APARTMENTS DENIS** - Omiš - Nemira ​

LOCATION: apartments with a unique location right on the beach in the Nemira resort. All accommodation units have a frontal or side view of the sea and from  the terrace of the house you can go down a few steps and you are directly on a beautiful pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea. The house is accessible by car. The bus stop is about 400 meters away on the highway. 

EQUIPMENT: the house offers older, but functional and clean accommodation, where the main advantage of the house is its location right next to the beach with a wonderful view of the sea. 2 terraces are available to guests - a shady terrace with seating and a grill and another large terrace directly above the sea for sunbathing with deckchairs. Guests can use the grill and the outdoor kitchen on the changeover day. All studios and apartments are equipped with a ceiling fan and do not have air conditioning. Free wi-fi internet connection is available to guests. A stay with a dog is possible - only small breeds up to 10 kg for a fee of EUR 10/day. Parking right next to the house is available for a fee of EUR 4/day.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

studio for 2 or 3 people – each studio has a double bed and possibly a bed for a 3rd person, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette (2-burner electric cooker, fridge, kettle, sink, dishes and kitchen utensils), balcony with a side or frontal view of the sea (guarantee of a frontal view for an extra charge of EUR 3/night)

Apartment for 3+1 persons (No. 13) – an apartment with a front view of the sea consists of a room for 3 persons (double bed + a bed for the 3rd person) and a small room for 1 person (possibly for 2 small children under 10 years ). Both rooms are connected via a common balcony and each has its own entrance from the corridor. The entrance to the bathroom and toilet is only from the room for 3 people. It goes without saying that there is a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with access from both rooms.

Apartment for 3+1 persons (No. 5) – the apartment with a side view of the sea consists of a separate bedroom for 3 persons (double bed + bed for the 3rd person) with an entrance to the balcony and from the inner room where there is a sofa bed for 1 person, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment for 5 people (No. 78) – separate bedroom for 3 people and a second room with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet. The entrance to the common balcony is from both rooms. The apartment has a front view of the sea.

Apartment A6 (no. 112) – the attic apartment was created by connecting 2 studios and a third separate room and consists of a total of 3 rooms - the apartment is entered through a corridor where there is a kitchenette, and there is also an entrance to two separate bedrooms for 2 people with a loggia and a side sea view and for 3 people with a balcony with a frontal sea view. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The apartment includes a small bedroom only with a smaller bed for 1 person (possibly for 2 small children under 10 years old), which has its own entrance from the common corridor and is connected to one of the bedrooms via a common balcony.

Apartment A2+2 on the terrace - apartment on the ground floor of the house on a shared terrace consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed (ideal for 2 children or 1 adult), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, an equipped kitchenette. The apartment has its own sitting area at the entrance on the terrace.

BEACH: directly in front of the house is a pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea and a shower.  

CATERING: self catering. In the neighborhood is the AGA restaurant, where it is possible to pre-order half-board or just dinner on the spot.  

SHOPPING / ENTERTAINMENT SPORTS: a grocery store , restaurant, pizzeria and exchange office are about 250 m from the apartments in the center of the Nemira resort. On the beach there is a cafe, selling ice cream, pizza. Rich nightlife, shopping, a large market, sports opportunities are available in the center of Omiš, where you can comfortably walk along the sea in about 45 minutes or by car in 3 minutes.

PAYMENTS AT THE PLACE OF STAY:

Local tourist tax:

€1.40 /night/adult

€0.70 /night/juniors from 12 to 18 years old

children under 12 do not pay tax

€10 /night - stay with a dog

(only for small breeds up to 10 kg)

€4 /night - parking right next to the house

Prices include: apartment rental, water and electricity consumption. energy, bed linen, final cleaning, wi-fi 

The price does not include: local tourist tax, parking, travel insurance

Payment for the stay can be made in both EUR and CZK. On the order form, indicate which method of payment you prefer. The conversion of EUR to CZK is governed by the Komerční banka as exchange rate on the day of signing the contract.
